Lucile S. Noyes, 97, Lincoln, died Saturday (4-24-10). Born (7/25/1912) in Spring Ranch, NE to Pearl (Wheeler) and Joseph Hile. Graduate of UNL in 1935. Memberships include First Presbyterian Church, PEO Chapter FB, Ceres Club, Collectors Group, Faculty Women, H.E.H.C. Loving wife and mother, quintessential grandmother, loyal friend, passionate flower gardener, community volunteer.
Daughters, son-in-laws: Josephine and Steve Bowers, Iowa City IA; Barbara and Dick Bruning, Lincoln; 7 grandchildren; son-in-law: Ray Bauer, Minneapolis, MN; daughter-in-law: Sally Noyes, Lincoln; AFS daughter: Ester Saghafi, Murrysville, PA; sister-in-law: Arline Hile, Portland, OR.
