Linda loved her family reunions, time with her children and grandchildren. We had plans to get together in about a month here in Texas-she was going to meet her first great grand daughter. She enjoyed live concerts, musical theatre and music. A great movie with buttery popcorn was her favorite way to relax. Craft fairs and fall festivals were always on her radar. I met Linda in the late 70’s as a neighbor. While working and raising her children she was able to attend college and graduate. Always hard working and determined. My children always called her their second mother. She helped raise a number of the kids in the neighborhood.. She was a scout leader and always was there to help others. Linda cared for her elderly parents when they needed her. Proud to have been her friend- so many memories. We spent hours talking -so witty and she possessed a wonderful sense of humor. May God bless her and keep her safe in his loving arms. Prayers from our family for her family and friends. Good bye to my dear friend I will never forget!

I grew up across the street from Linda, Denise, and Dustin. Linda was like a second mom to me always keeping us out of trouble but making sure we had plenty of fun along the way. I have so many wonderful memories from our days on Bridger Road, and I’m grateful I had the chance to visit with her this past February at her granddaughter’s wedding in Texas. Linda will be deeply missed. I’m so sorry for your loss.

Linda was my best friend in grade school. Linda, Steve, Donna and Lenard made me feel welcome every time I walked the half of block to visit them from the moment I entered their home I felt their love for each other. Linda also got the honor of being my “Creek” buddy. Oh how wild and adventurous the Creek Kids were floating down to Grove Lake on our inner tubes. We owned the Creek or at least our section of the Creek. Our summers were full of adventure. Good memories dear Linda, will always stay with me

Linda was very close to our Mom, Bonnie (Wilson) Walker. Mom shared stories of her helping Tom (Leonard) and Donna Ruth when Linda was very young. As we grew, my sister and I also became close to Linda. She was always a joy to be around and shared many of her favorite family stories with us. Linda will be deeply missed.

Linda and I would play for hours in her dad’s 4×4 truck. When we grew up a bit, we danced to big brother Stevie’s 45 records. Good childhood memories!
