She graduated from Lincoln High School. Kaitlin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology at University of Louisville and a master’s at Pittsburg State. She was also pursuing a second master’s from Wayne State. She was a case manager/care coordinator for Center Pointe. Kaitlin loved her cattle dog, Ingrid, and spending time with her grandma, Mimi. She also loved to paint her nails. She had an extensive collection of polishes.
She is survived by her parents; sisters Abigail Crouch and Emily Crouch; grandmas Jane “Mimi” Crouch and Sandra Ganskow; uncles James Crouch, Michael (Patti) Ganskow, and Mark Ganskow; aunts Karen (David) Brekenfeld and Melissa Rurup; niece Ellie; and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers Stanley Crouch and Kenneth Ganskow.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Roper and Sons South Chapel (3950 Hohensee Dr., Lincoln, NE 68516).
