Jacob McLain ‘Jake’ Ita, 15, of Murdock, died Sat. 5/30/09 in Broken Bow, NE. Born 5/30/1994 at Grand Island, Nebraska to Thad & Kristin (Zoz) Ita. Just completed his Freshman year at Elmwood – Murdock High School. Member of football & track teams. Raced sprint car at Wavelink Raceway Park at Waverly. Loved time with friends & family. Always up for a good prank. Terrific impersonator. Loved doing farm work with his uncle Matt & grandpa and building fence & working cattle with his dad.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Thurs., 6/4/09, 10:00 a.m. St. Patricks Catholic Church, Manley, NE with Father Patrick Murphy & Father Joseph Mroczkowski concelebrants. Burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Elmwood.
