Harold R. “Bob” Partridge, 82, Lincoln, died Thursday (3-13-08). Born Alliance, NE (7-29-1925) to Harold “Pat” and Irene (Roup) Partridge. Ret. Head Buyer, Fleming Foods and salesman for Dorothy Lynch Salad Dressing. Served in WWII U. S. Army Armored Command. Graduate of University of Nebraska Business College (1950) where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. Married Delores Hope Hollstein in 1950 at Hay Springs, Nebraska, to this union one daughter and two sons were born. Lincoln resident since 1964. Member: St. Paul United Methodist Church.
Survivors include: wife: Hope; daughter, son-in-law: Pat & Clyde Mayer, Bedford, TX; sons, daughters-in-law: Tom & Lois Partridge, Arlington, TX; John & Shelley Partridge, Fremont, NE; grandchildren: Jacob, Kala & Cole Mayer; Leah, Richard & Greg Partridge; Clarie & Drew Partridge. Preceded in death by parents, sister – Virginia.
Celebration of Life: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (3-18-08) St. Paul United Methodist Church, 1144 “M” St. Rev. David J. Lux officiating. Burial at a later date in the Alliance State Veterans Cemetery.
