Member: United Auto Workers #286, former President – Havelock Community Development Organization. Grew tomatoes as a hobby.

Preceded in death by son – Hale L., daughter, Sandra, parents, brother, James, sisters, Beth and Maycel.
Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. Friday (4-18-08) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Debbie Way, Life Celebrant officiating. Reception immediately following funeral service.
