Family members include son, daughter-in-law: John G. and Despina Kazas; daughter, son-in-law: Stella P. and Pete Hametis, all of Lincoln; grandchildren, spouses: Sophia Kazas, Stella and John Kalogeras, George Kazas, Mariana and Steve Hurst, George and Angela Hametis, Dimitrios Hametis, Mike Kazas, Angela Kazas; great granchildren: Yianni Kalogeras, Tessa Hurst, Jacoby Hurst, George-Michael Kalogeras and Sofia Hurst. Preceded in death by wife Sofia, brothers Christos and Dimitrios, sisters Eleni and Athepe.
Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m., Monday (2-7-11) Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, 950 North 63rd Street. Father Mark, officiating.
Visitation: Family will greet friends from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday followed by the Trisagion Services at Roper and Sons, 4300 ‘O’ Street.
