Erin Arline (Byorth) Kaiser-Woodward

December 3, 1984 - October 19, 2021

Erin Arline (Byorth) Kaiser-Woodward passed away on October 19, 2021.  Erin was born on December 3, 1984, in Lincoln, NE to John and Kathy Byorth.

As a young person, Erin enjoyed singing in many Lincoln Public School Choirs.  She had a lifelong fondness for animals, most recently her two Persian cats, Simon and Garfunkel whom she delighted in. Erin was a proud 2014 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing.  During her career as a Registered Nurse she brought many patients and families comfort during painful and difficult times.  In 2018, Erin married her best friend Paul Kaiser-Woodward and they shared many adventures, enjoying socializing, camping, and annual tanking trips.  Erin was a devoted wife, doting Aunt, caring daughter, steadfast sister, and reliable friend.  She will be profoundly missed.

Erin is survived by husband, Paul Kaiser-Woodward; parents, John and Kathy Byorth; Sister Abby Littrell (Evan); and many nephews, nieces and in-laws.

A memorial gathering will be announced in the coming weeks.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Lincoln Children’s Zoo.

I remember when I first met Erin together with Paul. She had a warm and playful demeanor with almost a sweet innocence. She had a soft heart and made everyone feel important. It hurts so much to feel her absence from the world.

She always had a loving smile, good sense of humor and overall was just a really kind gentle soul. She will be missed by so many people. My condolences to her family in this time.
