Elizabeth M. “Betty” Plamondon, 86, Lincoln, died Monday (6-16-08). Born Firth, NE (12-17-1921) to Henry Fredrick and Anna Christina (Tangeman) Heckman. Ret. Secretary in the Agronomy Dept. at the University of Nebraska. Member of First Presbyterian Church. Betty loved to travel.
Family members include daughter, son-in-law: Patricia and Lyle Webber, Grand Rapids, MN; grandchildren spouses: Lori and Mark Kavaya, Urbandale, IA; Susan and Ercan Balci, Champaign, ILL; Jeff and Stacey Webber, Grand Rapids, MN; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson. Preceded in death by husband – “Jack”, parents, brother Harley, sister Norma.
Memorial Service: 1:00 p.m. Wednesday (6-18-08) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ St. Rev. Dr. Brent O. Johnston officiating. Prior private interment.
