Eleanor M. LaRue, 92, Lincoln, died Saturday (12-12-09). Born (12-27-1916) in Burr, NE, to Tibbs H. and Margaret (Pindar) Greenwade. Eleanor was a member of the Belmont Baptist Church. She worked as a hairdresser.
Family members include: Son and daughter-in-law, Ron & Jean Wise of Ventura, CA; Daughters and sons-in-law, Joy & Charles “Gene” Langston of Lincoln; Diane & David Spomer of Lincoln; Sons and daughters-in-law, Lowell “Gene” & Wanda LaRue of Fredricksburg, VA; Lanny & Cindy LaRue of Thornton, CO; Daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl & Charles Mead of North Platte; 17 Grandchildren; Numerous Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by Husbands, William LaRue, Jr.; Amos Andreasen; Parents, 2 brothers; 4 sisters; 1 Grandson.
Memorial Service: 10:00 am Saturday (12/19/09) at the Belmont Baptist Church, 3424 North 14th Street. Pastor Jim Cummings, officiating. Cremation, no visitation.
