Doris Mae Roehrs, 83, Lincoln, died Wednesday (11-3-10). Born (1-23-27) in near St. Libory, Nebraska to Emil and Hulda (Schnackenberg) Wilshusen. Homemaker. Former waitress at Red Rooster, Millie’s Diner and Johnson’s Café. Previously farmed with her husband near Hampton, Nebraska prior to moving to Lincoln. Member: Calvary Lutheran Church since 1967.
Family members include daughters, sons-in-law: Ruth and Terry Ebke, Urbandale, IA, Donna and Ed Sessions, Lincoln; sons, daughters-in-law: Donald and Sherry Roehrs, North Platte, Douglas and Rita Roehrs, Cozad, Julie Roehrs, Lincoln; 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; sisters: Rosella Person and Annette Schulze, both of Central City, NE; brother, sister-in-law: Kenneth and Donna Wilshusen, Hordville, NE; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, husband Gilbert, son Kelvin, sister Louise Blasé.
Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday (11-6-10) Calvary Lutheran Church, 2788 Franklin. Pastor John Kunze officiating.
