Donald “Butch” Tyrrell, 79, died Saturday, September 15, 2012. Donald was born December 4, 1932 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Leslie and Treva (Barnes) Tyrrell. Donald was raised in the Havelock area of Lincoln. Member of East Lincoln Christian Church, United Rubber Workers, and Retired from Goodyear after 40 years.
He is survived by his son, David Tyrrell and his partner Paula Fountain and her daughter Liza; granddaughters, Crystal and Tiffany Tyrrell, all of Lincoln; sister; Yvonne Shaw, Lincoln; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents; wife Mary Ann Tyrrell; son Mike Tyrrell; and daughter Lori Tyrrell.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Burial in Fairview Cemetery.
