Dennis Ray Persinger, Sr., 70, of Lincoln, died Thursday (11-7-13). Born (3-10-43) in Republic, KS to Raymond and Eva (Johnson) Persinger. Ret. Sanitation Worker.
Family members include his wife, Mary; daughters, Debbie (John) Mattox, Lincoln, Denise (Clay) Kelly, Malcolm, NE, Lori (Don) Dils, Lincoln, Becky (Kelsey) Rhynalds, Greenwood, NE, Shannon Kinnison, Lincoln; son, Dennis, Jr. (Deanna) Persinger, Lincoln; 11 grandchildren; brother, Charles “Chuck” Persinger, Junction City, KS; sisters, Anabelle Persinger, Glasco, KS, Lucille Burch, Delphos, KS, Lois Bell, Minneapolis, KS; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, sister, Mary, brothers, Johnny and Carl Persinger, granddaughter, Abby Peterson.
Memorial Service: 1:00 p.m. Monday (11-11-13) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street with Pastor Kerry O’Bryant officiating.
