Delbert R. Sudds, 89, Lincoln, passed away peacefully on Monday (2-8-10) at his home.
Born (10-10-20) in Kingston, Ontario, Canada to Delbert Richard and Edna (Wilson) Sudds. Ordained Minister and retired Publishing Secretary for Seventh-day Adventist Church. Member: College View Seventh-day Adventist Church. Served as Publishing Secretary for the Alberta, Washington, Alaska, Mexico and Oregon Conferences. Formerly worked in prison ministries.
Family members include wife: Phyllis A. Sudds; son, daughter-in-law: Wayne and Patricia Sudds, Kelowna, B.C.; daughter, son-in-law: Sharon and Ken Paul, Lincoln; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; brother, sister-in-law: Jack and Isobell Sudds, Kingston, Ontario; nieces, nephews. Preceded in death by parents, grandson John Sudds.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday (2-15-10) College View Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4801 Prescott Ave. Pastor Ron Halvorsen officiating. Burial in College View Cemetery.
Visitation: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Sunday with family greeting from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Roper and Sons, 4300 ‘O’ Street and one hour prior to service time at the Church.
