David was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph T. Francis and Nina Glasgow Francis, and brothers Wayne (Josephine) Francis, Henry (Martha) Francis, Richard Francis, and Gene Francis, and David’s first wife and mother of his children, Connie Francis.
He is survived by his children Cindy Francis of Bellevue, Kelli Anne Francis of Omaha, and Scott (Jennifer) Francis of Omaha, as well as several grandchildren: Jason (Ashlee) Condon, Joshua Condon, Jeremy Condon, Carmen Condon, Jeffrey Francis and Ashley Francis. He was married to Berta Biritos at the time of his passing.
Funeral services will be held at Roper and Sons South Lincoln Chapel, 3950 Hohensee Drive on Saturday, February 17th at 11:00 a.m., with viewing beginning at 10:00 a.m.
A reception will be held immediately following the service.
Memorials will be sent to St. Jude’s Foundation and the Kearney St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Organ Fund.
