Darlene Rose Turek, 84, of Lincoln, passed away May 10, 2019. Born October 7, 1934 in Exeter, NE to Frank J. and Helen (Jindra) Anton. Retired in 1988 after 27 years as mail room clerk at Miller & Paine and did custom combining for over 27 years. She was a member of Lincoln Berean Church.
Family members include her sons Raymond E. (Sandy) and Clayton A. (June) Turek; daughters Carol S. (Tim) Cruickshank and Connie F. (David) Mason, all of Lincoln; 10 grandchildren, a bunch of great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; sister Betty Dodds, Huntley, NE; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; husband Frank, and two grandchildren.
Funeral Service: 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 17, 2019 Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street.
