Darlene was a stay-at-home mother to her four children: Daniel, Dennis, Douglas, and Dianne. She enjoyed spending time with her family and working as a florist.
Darlene was a member of Crossroads Church.
Surviving family members include her sons, Dennis (Larissa) and Douglas; daughter Dianne (Mike) McCoy; grandchildren Morgan (Eric) Ridder and Madison Althouse, Jake and Brian Althouse, Sara (Carlos) Anderson and Meghan (Cody) Hayes, Daniel, Evan, and Jasenna McCoy; great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald, son Daniel, and daughter-in-law Deb.

Visitation with family greeting friends Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 5-7 pm at Roper and Sons Waverly Chapel, 10851 N. 148th.
