Carolyn was so kind to me, always. When I taught at Belmont, I was often pretty stressed and her lovely smile and kind words really helped me get through the days. She was a blessing. I’m sorry for your loss.

We had a great time together! I remember walking early morning (5:00) and I carried a Wand made of Walnut. We had a person coming up behind us on 14th street and I always had the wand hidden in my sleeve. As the person came closer I let the wand come down and scared him. He said “I just want to get ahead of you”. That STICK was made of solid walnut. We had a great time together and I will miss her laughter and the years of growing our kids together.
