Bruce W. Rudeen 77, of Lincoln passed away August 20, 2025. Born August 15, 1948, in Lincoln, NE to Warren and Evelyn (Kinzler) Rudeen.

Bruce served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War where he was stationed in Korea. He worked as a welder/fabricator for Kawasaki Motors and was a member of First Plymouth Church.

Family members include his wife, Sharon; sons Chris (Ginger) Rudeen, Omaha and Shawn (Elen) Rudeen, Lincoln; 5 grandchildren; brothers Keith (Julie) Rudeen, Omaha and Matt (Brooke) Rudeen, Lincoln. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Mark.

Memorial service: 11:00 am Monday, August 25, 2025, First Plymouth Church, 2000 D Street.

I’m so sorry for your loss. My sons played with Chris and Shawn for many years and were at your home several times. Bruce was always so kind and friendly. Losing a loved one is so hard. I hope you can find some comfort knowing he is with God now. My prayers are with you all.
