I always remember Brooks having a smile on his face and a gentle tone to his voice. When I lived across the street from him years ago in Bennet, we would joke around how he could mow his yard with one hand and I struggled with two. Rest in peace now Brooks. You will be forever missed.

I worked and partied with Brooks in the late seventies into the eighties when we were working at (Bruning). He had a very big heart and will be so missed by all of his friends and family. Let him rest in peace.

Brooks was a great guy. We worked together many years and I always enjoyed kidding around with him. I remember him telling me one time he was at a Chinese Buffet and after a while the owner came over to him and said ” You go now, you eat too much.” Condolances especially to Stan, and the entire family. If we were in NE I’d be there to tell him in person. Rest in Peace Brooks!

two or three years after I met Brooks I was at the state fair and there was Brooks with his train all set up and running, thought that was pretty cool. RIP old friend.

We had some great times back in the day. I will miss you sense of humor and compassion for others. I remember once I told you I could pick you up. That didn’t go as planned 😊 You will be missed by all that knew you.
