Married to Merlin James on September 17, 1944 in Lincoln. Attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln and graduated from St. Mary’s Hall in Faribault, MN. Member: Holy Trinity Episcopal Church; Altar Guild; Junior League of Lincoln; The Questers, Luke Lavender Chapter; P.E.O. Chapter CS; former member of Lincoln Country Club.
Family members include her son; Mark L. James, Estes Park, CO; daughter: Robin E. James, Lincoln, NE; grandchildren: Matthew James, Kelsey James, Jay and Thuy Dickersheid, Kathryn Anne Dickersheid; great grandchildren: McKinzie James, Madison James and Sydney Dickerscheid; son-in-law: Richard Dickerscheid, Lake St. Louis, MO; sister-in-law: Carol S. Robinson, Matteson, IL. Preceded in death by parents, husband Merlin, daughter Susan James Dickerscheid and brother Rhees Richard Robinson, Jr.
