Charles Beal Penington, 73, Lincoln, passed away November 21, 2018. Born June 23, 1945 in Columbus, NE to H. Beal and Ruth (Schramm) Penington. Member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. U. S. Army National Guard Veteran.
Family members include his wife Allegra; daughter Ashley (Andre) Tarter; son Logan (Amy) Penington; granddaughters Aurora and Ariel Tarter, all of Lincoln; brothers Tom Penington, Columbus, NE and Doug (Stephanie) Penington, Elkhorn, NE. Preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday (11-28-18) at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 1144 M Street with Pastor Jane Florence officiating. Burial will be in the Fort McPherson National Cemetery in Maxwell, NE on Thursday at 1:00 p.m.
Visitation from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday with family present from 5-7:30 p.m. at Roper and Sons, 4300 ‘O’ St.
