James F. Napier, 72, of Lincoln, passed away June 28, 2016. Born January 28, 1944, in Columbus, NE to August and Christie (Bohaty) Napier and raised in Bellwood, NE. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, volunteered for the State Patrol and Dept. of Motor Vehicles, and a member of Faith Lutheran Church.
Survivors include: his beloved wife, Marilyn Napier; daughter, Susan (Chris) Carroll of Kansas City, MO; grandson, Colin Carroll of Kansas City, MO; sister in law and brother in law, Lois (Reuben) Frauhiger of Gilbert, AZ; brothers in law, Ron Koeneke of Laquinta, CA, Virgil (Barbara) Koeneke of Centennial, CO, Allen Koeneke of Parker, CO; cousins, Cheryl (Melvin) Lindner, Keith (Brenda) Bohaty; nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones. Preceded in death by his parents, and sister in law, Rosemary Koeneke.
Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday (7-16-16) at Roper and Sons Funeral Home, 4300 ‘O’ St., with Pastor Brad Beckman officiating. Private family burial at Fairview Cemetery.
