Vincent Buckley Balok, Jr. “Buck”, of Lincoln, 83, died on November 25, 2015. Widower of the late Mary Balok. Born in Allegheny Co., PA to Vincent Buckley and Irene Balok, Sr. Graduate of Penn State University; Member of the Downtown Rotary Club Teammates Mentoring Program; Lancaster County Republican Party; Director of Energy for the State of Nebraska; Active in the Arc of Lincoln; U.S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his children, Doug Balock; Katherine Balok Mausolf; Andrew Balok; Three Grandchildren, Sarah Balok Fedarko, Allison Jadryev and Rory Hensen and Three Great Grandchildren.
A Celebration gathering of Buck’s Life will be held at a later date.
