Jeremiah “Jerry” Ridder, 73, Malcolm, died Sunday (1-6-13). Born (8-7-39) in Fairbury, NE to Ted and Lucille (Brown) Ridder. Graduated from Fairbury High School, enlisted in the Marine Corp. Worked for American Stores, retired from Cooks Family Foods. He was a proud member of Knights of Columbus, American Legion Post #354 and The North American Martyrs Catholic Church.
Survived by sons, David Ridder, Tony (Linda) Ridder, Michael Ridder, Malcolm, NE, Patrick (Crystal) Ridder, Lincoln, NE; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Fred Ridder, Bellevue, NE; sister, Dorothy Kempston, Malcolm, NE. Preceded in death by parents, wife Peggy.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 am Friday (1-11-13) North American Martyrs Catholic Church, 1101 Isaac Dr. with Father Matthew Zimmer officiating.
Burial in Malcolm Cemetery. Memorials to Catholic Social Services.
Visitation: 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm Thursday with family present from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Roper and Sons.
