Jacqueline S. Hoffman, 71, Lincoln, passed away January 8, 2017. Born June 3, 1945 in Woonsocket, RI to John Charles and Anita (Crourschene) Lacroix.
Family members include her son, Duane (Tara) Peterson; daughter, Monique McCall, all of Lincoln; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Ronald (Lily) Lacroix, Tiverton, RI. Preceded in death by parents, grandson, Logan Christ, great-grandchildren, Rylan William and Kyler Matthew Drake-Vlcek.
Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. Wednesday (1-11-17) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’ Street. Burial in Fairview Cemetery.
