Gordon D. Ganz, of Alvo, died on April 4, 2013. Died following complications from a liver transplant. Born in Lincoln, NE on February 15, 1956 to Charles and Louise (Carter) Ganz
Member of Alvo Cemetery Board; Former member Cass Co. Planning Commission, Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity, UNL Livestock & Meats Judging Teams, was a Nebraska FFA Star Farmer. He was such an amazing husband, father and friend and we were all blessed to have had him in our lives.
Survivors: Wife – Connie (Rikli) Ganz, Alvo; Son, Joe Ganz of Lincoln; Daughter and Son-in-law, Sara & Bobby Hanes of Alvo; Grandchildren, Aubree Ganz of Albany, OR; Charley, Gracyn and Ryker Hanes of Alvo; Sister and Brother-in-law, Linda & Dave Alm of Lincoln. Preceded in death by parents and brothers, Carter and Carl.
Celebration of Life Service: 12:00 Noon Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Hillcrest Country Club 9401 O Street Lincoln, NE
Private Interment.
Visitation: Friday, April 5, 2013 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Roper & Sons Waverly Chapel
