Ardis (Dappen) Bevins, 79, Lincoln, died Tuesday, October 30, 2012. She was born on October 5, 1933, in Cambridge, Nebraska to Ted and Dorothy (Wuster) Dappen. She married Rex Bevins on June 21, 1953. Former co-manager of Ten Thousand Villages.

Rex Bevins, Lincoln; sons: Mike (Sherry) Bevins, Louisville, NE and Mark (Anita Calvert) Bevins, Lincoln; daughter: Deborah (Tom) Ehlers, Cody, WY; grandchildren: Jamie (Haley) Bevins, Vancouver, WA and Katie Bevins, Lincoln; Jed Ehlers and Anna Ehlers, Cody, WY; Ben Bevins and Melissa Bevins, Lincoln; five great grandchildren; brothers: Joe Dappen and Gene Dappen, Lincoln; sister: Lois Hinkley, Cedar Rapids, IA; sisters-in-law: Judy Dappen, Papillion, NE and Dorothy Froelich, Myrtle Beach, SC.
Memorial Service: 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 5, 2012 at Saint Paul United Methodist Church, 1144 M Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Interment in Lincoln Memorial Park.
