Damian will be missed. I first met him while working at Kerreys R.estaurant, I was a waitress at J. Ffogs (the barside) and he was arunner for both the bar and the restaurant. Damian worked hard- he was incredibly friendly. Once you were his friend, it was for the long haul. Whatever he did, he did it with 100% of his heart. I remember when he told me that he got the job a as a guard at the prison, I was so worried because he is such a sweet soul! I remember him saying he would be fine, with a smile, it was a great opportunity. It never mattered how long it had been since I saw him, it was like no time had passed at all. Patty, Nate, and Kendall, my heart aches for you. Just as Damian said to me when Jeff passed away, let me know if there is anything I can do for you. He leaves big spaces in all the hearts he’s touched.

Damian was a regular at the Cooper YMCA and was one of the nicest guys! He would always greet me with a huge smile and say “Morning, sunshine!” on Saturday mornings when he would come in to work out. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all who loved him.
