Dad’s prayer As a step son in law , I’m so grateful he was part of our family. What a blessing to me to able to share spiritual things in conversation along with talking about college football and basketball especially NEBRASKA for sure. We watched games together as well as daily updates from alternative news such as X22report/rumble , and a Christian group called Andweknow/rumble. But most of all I appreciated his teaching all of us as we all held hands at the table in how to pray. His table prayer would go something: like this: “Heavenly father what a Privilege it is in knowing you ,he would speak to the immediate distress of the person or persons that needed to be prayed for as well as for the family as a whole. He prayed for guidance and protection on them and especially for the little ones. He prayed for our nation and its leaders. And then he would conclude by saying “and so we thank you our Father ,for the food before us that it would nourish our bodies that we might glorify you now as we pray in Jesus name, (then he gently would squeeze our hands as he simultaneously said (in low inflection and then high.)a big A-Men! We can’t wait to see you in heaven Harlan ! Russ Mohrman
