Navy Veteran. Member: Northwest Church of Christ; American Forward Association; American Legion Post #3; United Transportation Union. Avid gardener and fisherman.
Family members include wife: Doris L. Bolton; sons, daughters-in-Law: Thomas A. and Diane Bolton, Platte City, MO, John R. and Mary Bolton, Lincoln; daughters: Rebecca J. Bolton (special friend – Martin Banyard), Lincoln, Mary Ann Meyers, Dupo, Ill; 10 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; sister: Ollie Mitchell, Russellville, AL; brother-in-law: Fred Mitchell, Tuscumbia, AL; nieces, nephews and many friends. Preceded in death by parents, brothers and sister-in-law, Herschel Bolton and Onice and Elsie Bolton, Emma and George Ridley, Catherine and Lawrence Marti, Helen Mitchell.
