Sales Representative, Misle Bus and Equipment Co., 25 years. Former Corporal in WWII U. S. Army Air Force. Member: Warren United Methodist Church, DAV, America Legion and Masons in Hartley, IA. Avid Nebraska football fan. Loved family gatherings, camping and playing cards.
Family members include wife: Harriet; son: Delbert Bennett; daughter, son-in-law: Joan and Bob Frenzel, all of Lincoln; grandchildren: Jay, Carrie, Katie, Jamie and Ashley Bennett, Allison and David Frenzel; great grandchildren: Jasmine, Brittney, Lakota, Nicholas and Lily; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, brother: Orlan, sister: Evelyn McCleerey.
