I first met Don in the mid 1970’s when I was a salesman for Coca Cola. We instantly became friends. Over the years he appreciated my work at his Jack & Jill store in Grand Island. I ,in turn, appreciated his low key, easy going way of doing business and thoughtfulness in thanking me for taking of his store. I lost track of Don when he left GI, but thought of him over the years. Rest in peace my friend!
