To the family of Wanda Kehres,
I used to work with Wanda at Bruning(Parker) for several years. She was always such a pleasant person and friendly to all she encountered. She was especially good at her job. She worked in the "specialty" department where most of the aerospace and defense contract items were built. Most things she did by memory, as there were not many instructions back then. Only the best two assemblers were qualified to work on those projects. I was very worried when I heard she was retiring, because I didn't think anyone could ever fill her place. In a way, they never have...
Over the years I would run into Wanda and her husband at our common foot doctor. She would always bring a smile to my face when we met. I read of her husband passing a few months ago, and wondered how she was doing. I'm extremely sorry to hear Wanda has passed on as well, but I hope she is now in peace with her husband. Please know she was a wonderful lady and I will miss her dearly.
My sincere condolences,
